Everything you need to know about getting acquired, raising capital, and how Done Deal works — for founders and buyers alike.

Done Deal is India's AI-native investment bank for the mid-market. We focus on companies with an enterprise value between 10 and 200 Cr. While AI handles the heavy lifting like buyer discovery, document generation, and tracking, a senior banker manages the relationships, negotiations, and critical judgment calls. We don't take retainers. We get paid a success fee, and only when you close.

We work with founder-led businesses across sectors like consumer, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, media, and more. Our sweet spot is an enterprise value of 10 to 300 Cr. Even if you are outside that range, reach out. We will be honest about whether we are the right fit or help point you in a better direction.

Our AI analyzes your numbers and ranks them against a network of verified buyers, including strategics, PE funds, and family offices. It focuses on genuine fit rather than just who is willing to take a call. Your banker then approves the shortlist, handles outreach personally, and manages every conversation.

You get the same caliber of banker and the same rigor without the retainer fees, the year-long timeline, or the high minimum deal sizes that legacy banks demand. Our AI handles the valuation, materials, and buyer mapping, which frees your banker to focus on the work that requires real human judgment.

We charge a tiered success fee of 3 to 5 percent. This is agreed upfront in a one-page engagement letter. There are no retainers, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges. If we do not close the deal, you do not pay us.

We focus on founder-led companies between 10 and 300 Cr in enterprise value. We work across sectors including consumer, SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and industrials. If you are earlier stage or larger, let us know. We will tell you straight if we are the right fit for your situation.

We charge a tiered success fee of 3 to 5 percent. This is clearly defined in a one-page engagement letter. There are no retainers, no monthly fees, no listing fees, and no hidden line items. We do not charge buyers to search or acquire, either. If we do not close your deal, you do not pay us anything.

Yes. Your profile remains anonymous, so you can test the waters and gauge real buyer interest before making any decisions. As your business grows, keep your numbers updated with us. If a conversation looks promising, you decide when and with whom to reveal your identity.

Yes, completely. We build an anonymous profile based on your numbers and share it with vetted buyers without ever using your name. You will see who a buyer is before they get to see your details. Only when you are comfortable do you choose to reveal your identity and start a conversation.

It depends on your sector, size, and how complex the deal is. However, founders who engage actively often see real conversations start within weeks, not months. Because buyers are matched to your profile and numbers beforehand, the process is much faster than a traditional outbound sale.

We only need the essentials. Tell us your sector, stage, revenue range, growth trajectory, and what you are looking for, whether that is an acquisition, capital, or both. That is enough to build your anonymous profile. You can update your numbers as you go, and you only share your identity when you are ready to talk to a specific buyer.

Absolutely. Done Deal is not just for acquisitions. You can explore growth and acquisition financing through our vetted investor network. Many founders use us to test the market and gauge interest before deciding whether to raise capital or exit.

No. Every buyer in our network is verified before they see your profile. Your banker filters for genuine fit and intent before any introduction happens. You have to approve every name before your identity is revealed, so tire-kickers never get through.

Not every process ends in a deal. If buyer interest does not match your expectations, we will tell you early rather than stringing you along. If the issue is timing, positioning, or valuation, we will tell you exactly what needs to change before trying again. There is no cost to you, as you only pay when we close.

No, it is genuinely free. We have no subscriptions and no success fees. There is no cost for discovering, acquiring, or investing in companies through Done Deal. The only exception is if you acquihire a company, in which case there is a fee equal to one month of CTC for the leadership team you are bringing on.

It covers everything. This includes discovering companies, expressing interest, running diligence, and closing the deal. There are no subscriptions, success fees, or per-deal charges. The acquihire fee is the only cost that applies to a buyer.

You will see an anonymized profile first. This includes sector, scale, growth, and margin bands, which is enough to judge if it is a good fit. We share full financials and the company's identity only once you are under an NDA and the founder has approved the introduction.

The founder gets notified immediately, along with a description of your firm. They decide whether to engage. If they choose to move forward, we connect you by email so you can set up a call and get into the details.

We work with trusted partners who handle the due diligence and legal work required to close. If you do not have your own resources for this, you can access ours through our partner network at a pre-agreed fee.

Just set a mandate. Tell us exactly what you want, including sector, revenue range, geography, and your thesis. Our team will go out and source it for you at no cost. Your mandate is kept anonymous, so your search stays private.

Every company goes through a review process before it goes live. We verify the core numbers so that the dealflow you see is genuine, relevant, and ready for a serious conversation.

No. You can engage with as many companies as fit your thesis. Since Done Deal is free for buyers, there are no per-deal charges for discovering, acquiring, or investing.
